Maradona 'hurting' about potential Gonzalo Higuain move to Juventus

Diego Maradona is "hurting" at the thought of Gonzalo Higuain joining defending Serie A champions Juventus, and has blamed the "fat cats of business" for the potential move.
Sky Sport Italia has reported that the Bianconeri have agreed to meet the €94.7 million release clause in Napoli striker Higuain's contract and that the 28-year-old underwent a medical in Madrid on Friday.
Maradona spent seven seasons at the San Pablo club, remarkably leading them to two Serie A titles in the span.
And the idea of his fellow Argentine leaving the club after a record-breaking season has distressed Maradona.
"This Higuain affair is hurting me because he is going to a direct rival like Juventus," Maradona posted on his Facebook page. "But we cannot blame the player either.
"A player has a responsibility to himself and it is those fat cats of business that are grinning the most in this case. Nobody thinks of the fan.
"I'm tired of saying that today it seems to be more important to be a good businessman than a good president. This did not happen in my time. Too bad that FIFA continues to sleep."
